DVD Purchase

Shipping & Delivery: Slaughter FX Ships all products through Australia Post and other related Couriers. All our products are shipped standard post in the included price. If a customer requires EXPRESS SHIPPING they must contact us first so we can charge accordingly.
Privacy & Security: Slaughter FX products are made for the general public, the only time Slaughter FX will be confidential about any of our props is when they are custom made for films and/or private collectors.
Returns & Replacements: Slaughter FX Does NOT refund under and circumstance, if you are unsure of the product/DVD Don't purchase it. All props are made to be static props and normal Film wear and tear is to be expected. If you, your crew or your friends are rough with the props then it's your own fault. Silicone products will tear if not handled correctly.
Ordering: If your ordering a product from the Slaughter FX web site, we expect payment within 48 hours of purchasing.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: There is a few ways you can pay for your items on the Slaughter FX web site.
1st: PayPal
2nd: Online Bank transfer; 3rd: Private checks, bank checks and/or money orders. HOWEVER nothing will be released until funds have fully cleared into out nominated Slaughter FX account.; Slaughter FX price our products based on the buyers budgets and the costs to import the products needed to make your items. We do not and will not compete with other products/props out there in the market place. If you want cheap and nasty China products go to the $2.00 Stores around Australia. All our products are custom made in QLD.
DVD Purchase: You can purchase our films many ways.; 1st: You can purchase the FULL DVD including special features etc; 2nd: You can Download and rent our film for $5.00 (Only watchable on your Computer); 3rd: You can Download and own the film permanant for $15.00 (Only watchable on your Computer); When Downloading your film, it will only be immediate download if you pay using PayPal. If you choose to pay with online bank transfer your Download will NOT commence until the funds have been cleared into our selected Slaughter FX bank account.; INTERNATIONAL film purchase MUST be paid with PAYPAL. We will NOT except bank deposit when ordering our DVD's.
